Taking my money but not giving me the groceries

On the 1st November I did an order which was conveniently canceled but my money was taken out my account. Spoke to the customer care on Monday and I was told it will be in my account in 24 to 48 hours. LIES !!! when I checked my account on Wednesday nothing was done. I then called and spoke to the manager simi who said that it was not done and it wasn't signed off to be credited to my account. I was told to wait again and yet again nothing was done. LIES AGAIN!!!! I call again today after calling my bank and checking online nothing has been done. Then today the agent Wendy tells me I must wait another 2 days for MY money. Why is it that I must now wait yet again for my money. Now I get a Facebook message tell I must now wait 7-10 days for MY MONEY. this is utter nonsense. So will checkers give me the groceries I ordered for my kids lunch for school and let me pay in 7-10 days?
