Me and my wife was humiliated by sales manager at Checkers King William's Town, 5600, we bought some grocery which included Glass Expresso cups it was markdown price, cashier was checking if any cups are broken and she found one was broker so she called sales manager i think his name is Siya if i remember correctly to tell him about broken cups and my wife asked him if he can reduce because it was broke and there was no others, but sales manager approached my wife so rudely and unprofessionally, he told my wife take it or leave it someone else will buy it, so i pitched in and told him that he is very rude this is not the way he should speak to customer i'll have to complain to management he said he don't care, we felt so humiliated as he was looks like screaming at us, we dont feel like to by at checkers anymore as we get humiliated by management.
