Sushi???

Tell me... What is the point of advertising sushi, if you never have any of the ingredients? Or is it just an excuse, because the sushi chef is too lazy to make it? The other day, at Checkers Mall@Carnival, the guy said there was no salmon, but there was three big pieces laying there??? Please explain.
