In the past Checkers help my friend to withdraw money with a drivers license. This Checkers including the above mentioned manager rufesud to help us today.

In accordance with the money transfer terms and conditions available in store and relevant legislation for financial transactions a money transfer may only be completed with a barcoded South African ID document. Should your friend have been assisted in the past with a drivers licence the store was at fault.
