supp**** incorrect pie

On Sunday the 25/10/2015 my wife and I was shopping at the Checkers Hyper store at the Gateway mall. I went to the bakery and ordered two chicken and mushroom pies from Theressa who was named as the person that had served me earlier on. On my way home we decided to have a bite on the pie. To our surprise it did not taste like chicken and mushroom. After some kilometres off the freeway we returned to the store to check out from the bakery what pie it was.The assistant there told us it was a stake and kidney pie.We are hindus and objected to this profusely. Then the managers called on their bakery manager and Theressa and she apologized to us but the damage was done already. Anyway I noticed many stores do not mark their pies clearly. We cannot recognize a pie by looking at it we have to bite into to make sure its the right thing.My wife has an allergy on some food which I brought to the notice of the branch manager Mrs Ganeson.If I have a problem I will hold the store responsible.
