Supervisors attitude bad and slow service at the express till.

Checkers at Langverwacht there supervisors don't care and don't know their job and are always slow when there is a problem at the till. I once asked the supervisor about the "return planet" and she just rep**** she don't know and walked away. I will never forget her face. The line at the express till is long and most of the time only 1 cashier open for the express till while alot of cashiers are sitting on the other tills doing nothing.
