SUPERVISOR SETS NO EXAMPLE!

I visited the Checkers at Villagage in Horizon No 1 Sonop Street Roodepoort on Sunday 28 January 2018 at approximately 11h45. Payed for the groceries and asked for cash at till. The cashier was very friendly and apoligetically said that she does not have enough money in her till but that the supervisor would help. I waited at the till for a long time for my money. The cashier helped 3 customers after me and i was still waiting for my R320 that i already drew from the till. The cashier sent me to the money market counter and they sent me to the office. Eventually the supervisor came out of the office walking on her own slow pace chatting to another staff member. Without me noticing she gave the money to the cashier when i asked her where it was she said - with an attitude- that she already gave it to the cashier. She did not care, she did not apologise for me having to wait so long and she spoke to me in an arrogant way - the customer is obviously not her priority!!! Although i checked her name badge i can not remember her name as i was to angry. She was a black lady with very short hair and very small ears and the cashier was at lane 10. My feeling was that she thought she was doing me a favour by bringing the money - her attitude is a very very bad example for the other staff members. PLEASE TAKE THE CASH AT TILL Service away at CHECKERS as the staff are obviously not living up to their employers and customers expectations. I am Mrs Price tel no **********
