Supervisor and Teller Courtesy

On the 7 February, I went to Checkers in Goldfields Mall, Welkom to buy a few things. the first thing that annoyed me is that the teller after helping the person in front of me then proceeded to help her colleagues who did not stand in the queue with the things they wanted to buy from checkers.

Would it not be decent to tell your colleagues to join the line like everyone else instead giving preferential treatment.

Today the 8th, I then return because they had charged me double for baby wipes. When I asked for a supervisor, a lady from checkers directed me to Alma. Alma then said to me that I am bad luck but she wont help because she was not at work on the 7th.

The lady who did finally help then told me she would look on the camera and get back to me, she then refunded me for the wipes.

I am so annoyed at how little regard some employees of Checkers give to its customers.

Maybe you should consider having a teller just for employees and training Alma, the supervisor on how to be courteous
