SUN VALLEY Checkers Hyper - Que's and you pack your own groceries

Since October last year the service at Checkers SUN VALLEY- Cape Town has continued to get worse. After approaching several different managers on duty, you get told the same thing. We are waiting on HO for staff. Well checkers - if i have always stand in a Que with minimal cashiers open between 5-8 at night; When i have to unpack my groceries and then run between packing them back in packets as well then surely i should pay less for my goods then???. In am tired of this store being short staffed at the tills. Tired of packing my own groceries when managers stand around and "customer service" ambassadors...lol just chatting away. This store was amazing but its going to the dogs... Come on Checkers - You told me to "change my supermarket" in your advertising, i now have!!! Is this how you look after me????

Enough.... These managers of this store needs a wake up call.
