Sub graded quality products

My daughter and her family moved into their house this week and we wanted to support them with some much needed “new” household items. We bought a pot set from Checkers very much to our disappointment! When they opened their presents they found that we bought them a second hand pot set. What an embarrassment!!!! The lids all had dents in and the pots had scratches and small dents. This is not the type of sub graded product that you would expect from a retailer who’s motto is the “brand you can trust” ye right! This is not the first time we had issues with this store and their products but I don’t expect much feedback as the previous time the management of Checkers were also ******** of our complaints.
