Student left stranded - week 2

Week 2 left stranded. No care for customers!! No care for Anything. Very quick to take your money but when it comes to customer complaints they are Dead... I am left stranded for week 2 now because I decided to buy a HP LAPTOP FROM THEM, House and Home is the exact store.. Which is a trading division under Shoprite Chekers..I have had the worst experience from the HOUSE AND HOME IN CENTURION. Gosh I have had better service buying tomatoes on the street.
