Stuck with a blender that does not work!

I bought a blender from Checkers Forest Hill on 27/11/2015, I used the blender a couple of times and on the 08/12/2015 the blender stopped working. I called Checkers Forest Hill and spoke to Ryno who said they would need the till slip and packaging of the product, I told him I do not have the packaging anymore and he said they will not be able to assist me. My line cut and when I called back to get his name and surname he refused to give me his surname, I explained that I need this information to lay a complaint, he then raised his voice and went on a rant shouting \when you lay the complaint also tell them how rude you were by putting the phone down
