STUCK WITH 2 PROFILES

Hi. I have a problem with checkers. I don't know how this happened but I'm stuck with 2 extra savings profile. No one is willing to fix this issue. One profile has an incorrect ID number one has an incorrect cell phone number. Iv send copy of my ID which they asked for. But my profile is still not fixed.
