Store stocking problems

Good day,

This is my second complaint in months about the same problem, thus nothing has been done to remedy the problem. 1st Complaint was via your website, which is not working currently. Regarding Checkers Wingtip in Pretoria My 1st thoughts visiting yesterday was, Is this store closing!? The shelves are empty, 60% of what I needed to buy was not shelved, or available, or I took the last item on shelve. But alas, I just left and went to Pick a Pay in Montana, where I could find everything.

And don't tell me this was just yesterday, cause for 4 weeks, I have been trying to buy Nappies, and no stock. So I bought from Checkers Pta North, which had plenty. There is a decline in this store, and you are loosing customers. Either replace your stock controller/purchaser or whom ever is responsible for checking and filling and ordering.

Seriously, you aimed to provide a service, which is lacking and getting worse by the minute.
