Store manager threatens me

Went into the liquor store at checkers koolf<br> Ask shop assistant for help twice, ignored both times.<br> When confronting the manager he becomes aggressive and threatens to physically remove me from the store,<br> The grocery store opposite is no better as the staff laugh when customers have issues.<br> Posted on their website and contacted customer care - No response after 3 weeks<br> The service from these two stores is a ****ING joke,<br> <br> hopefully someone will contact me wrt the shocking service and treatment I received.
