Store manager prefissional treatment

I phone checkers Eastgate , i had a complain about their g****s , i spoke to the store manager, she was very professional, she ask to go and check their g****s at the floor and phoned me to apologise and said she will sort this with their suppliers. She send me fresh g****s one of the managers deliverd fresh Red glibe g****s.thank you very much Checkers Eastgate. I wish i can send the picture
