Store manager is pathetic

Firstly I would like to point out that I am part of a non profit and that our organization feed over a 120 cats an kittens every month and all the money comes out of our own pockets. I went to baywest mall in November to get the 2 for R100 feline cuisine special. They only had Salmon and Rice and the cats usually prefer chicken so I took 10 bags of the Salmon and rice and went to the help desk to ask if I could have a raincheck for 30 more bags and if they could order me 30 bags of chicken feline cuisine. The manager in training said he just needed to go and find out from the manager if it would be okay and came back to me and said the manager said its fine. They gave me the rain check. So I am from Uitenhage. I drove to PE 3times after that food. I spent R450 on petrol going there and back which would have been fine untill they finally have cat food in stock and the MANAGER tells me no I can only have 3 deals otherwise there will not be enough for the other customers! Apparently staff gives people too many and everyone is only supposed to get 3 deals. This is after I got a raincheck for 15 DEALS and asked them to order it for me! After standing there arguing with him for a few minutes he gave me 5 deals which is still not what I was promised! It is utterly pathetic that we have to feed less animals because its too hard to order more food. This store clearly doesn't care about the less fortunate animals out there.
