Store manager has no idea what his staff are doing

I visited Checkers Hyper at Carnival Mall on Sunday morning to buy a few necessities for the week. One of these necessities was bread. While approaching the bread section the packer packing bread onto the shelves saw me approaching but still anyway pushed his bread trolley across the walkway entrance effectively blocking my path. I asked him to please move his trolley so I can get through to the bread on the shelf. This is where everything went totally pear shaped. The packer looked at me totally ignored my request and carried on packing as though I was not there. I had to force my way past his trolley. Totally infuriated I went to the managers office and complained after which he went and spoke to the packer but the trolley still remained in the pathway afterwards so clearly nothing was done about my experience. I was a supermarket manager and in my store all shelves etc had to be packed prior to opening which the manager of this store confirmed to me is still the case. Clearly the customer who pays each and every salary in that store is less important than taking an arrogant packer to task. SHAME ON YOU CHECKERS
