Store closed 6pm 21/11/2023 for a function!

Closing the business to have a function @ 6pm is absolutely ridiculous. People are coming from work to buy groceries needed at home, and you get to the door and the security guard says that the store is closed due to a function.

Seems you do not need clients or money.. as some clients like myself only have a 30 minute lunch and with the long queues during lunch hour and the new queue system and new store layout, you never make it back to work on time.

Perhaps you should follow in the footsteps on Pick N Pay Bedford centre who had a function during work hours, except management did it in groups, they did not close the store down during the morning, afternoon or evening!

Absolutely ridiculous that customers do not matter. No clients = no money for functions..

There is no email address for Customer care anywhere! Only a call centre number as well as an email address for the sixty sixty & xtra savings card
