Stop trying to be a bank and get seperate warehouses for you 60/60 business

Just getting worse and worse! Pls tell me why dont you have seperate stores for your 60/60 business? Trollies bumping into you and no regards for other clients and why why why dont you have seperare tills for the accounts or cash people want to withdraw?? You go to pay for bread and milk and it takes you 30min!!! I have been loyal client for years and spends alot of money at checkers but the service at your tills it getting worse and worse! Stop trying to be a bank and all the services you want to add but the main core groceries service is suffering! Where is management to check in the store ?? You will see very irritated clients! Speak to them they will tell you!! Another thing i have complained for 3 months now cause your pepsi fridge is not making the colddrinks cold? So now i have to go to chamberlain and buy my pepsi and 7 ups!! Stop telling everyone how much profit you make and sort the problems at store level out! Dont get me started on the month end poor service and ques in the stores! The silver lakes store i am going to everyday! Getting time to go to another store! Had enough !
