****** cellphone by a Cashier

My phone got ****** by 1 of Phalaborwa Checkers employees while shopping. An investigation was made he was found guilty and got fired. Now Checkers is refusing to compensate me while I reported the matter few minutes after the incident occurs and failed to assist me. I had to write on their facebook page and evolved the police for them to take me serious. Checkers doesn't care about their customers at all. They even failed to say sorry about the incident. Am so disappointed.
