STINKING OFF CHICKEN SOLD AT CHECKERS AND BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE

So today I popped into Checkers in Sanlam Centre in Parow. I saw the chicken and it looked better prepare than most days and I bought 2 pieces, I ate the one piece which was fine, but I was disgusted with the second piece it had a horrible stick myself and my colleague almost threw up. I Returned to checkers to return the chicken and to my surprise there were other returns made as well, but the chicken was still being sold at this point until I asked for management to address the issue, they then sent the lady working in the deli to tell me that the chicken is frozen and spiced so they can't smell much, but my argument was what if this off smelly chicken had to make me sick or anyone else who might have bought a bigger portion than I did? WHAT THEN? she then repeated herself to me and in the same breath she mentioned to me that management is avoiding the matter and sent her instead, she did however say I could return and ask for Mrs. Acer. This is a call for concern that management would deal with their customers in this type of manner.

I'M DISSAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED AND WILL NEVER MAKE ANYMORE PURCHASES FROM CHECKERS IN FUTURE ;)
