Stinking customer service

I received the most appalling service from Checkers Hyper The Reef, I was standing in a queue to pay for goods and wanted to make a withdrawal, as the cashier did not have the required amount I wanted to withdraw, she cancelled my transaction and sent me to a cashier that was attending to another client, I must have waited a good 10 minutes with no assistance whatsoever, I spotted the manager on the floor and told him I am not happy, he calls to find out which tellers has funds in their tills, once he confirms same, he has the nerve to tell me to join the queue again! I have been a loyal supporter of this store, I choose to no longer fund such atrocious service
