STINKING ATTITUDE
On Saturday (7/02/15) afternoon, my mobile got ****** by the fruits&veggies side. I then asked the cashier to call the manager to assist in this regard. Some zulu lady (without a name tag) came and asked a few questions about my phone

17 Feb 2015, 08:52Hello musameis,
On behalf of the Checkers supermarket chain, I would like to empathise with the unfortunate loss of your mobile phone.
Checkers endeavours to provide a safe shopping experience for all its customers as far as it is reasonably possible to do so, but we are unfortunately not in a position to take responsibility for personal belongings of members of the public. Checkers unfortunately does not allow members of the public into its camera rooms in line with security protocols but will gladly assist the SAPS in any investigation. However, the manner in which you were assisted in store will be brought to the attention of the Divisional Office for further investigation. One of our representatives will be in contact with you shortly.
Unfortunately we cannot reverse the unpleasant incident but I can assure you that we constantly review our security procedures in order to make amendments where necessary.
Kind regards
Devon Currie
