still waiting

Made a payment on electricity bill. Lost the slip went back to store te request a reprint. Manager said he will get back to us. Almost a month went by and we are still waiting. Every time we go back to the store the manager is never available and the payment is not showing at the service provider. Where is the payment and why does it take so long to get back to us???
