Still awaiting sixety60 refund

awaiting refund I had made a purchase 29March for an Airfryer and nandos sauce. The Airfryer was sold out so just my sauce got delivered. I had a pop up on my phone stating the refund will be done once the rest of my order was delivered. I later received an email stating that it takes 1-3days for the refund to reflect and I am now on my 4th day. I have enquired via the app and received automated responses but no actual assistance.

This is so disappointing because checkers is such a major supermarket yet they mislead you with the app refund process and there isn't any actual way of contacting them and getting assistance
