Sticky meat

This was unfortunately the last straw for me. I recently purchased a club steak from Checkers Clubview in Centurion, spending almost R200 on what was supposed to be a quality cut of meat.

When I opened the packaging at home, the steak was completely rotten, the smell was unbearable, and it was clearly not fit for consumption. This was extremely disappointing, especially given the price and expectation of freshness.

I will no longer feel comfortable buying meat or other perishables from Checkers after this experience, and I know many others at the braai where I had planned to serve the steak share the same sentiment.

I would appreciate it if this matter is taken seriously and addressed urgently, as customers deserve fresh, quality products.
