*****ing money.

The amount of R1027 was deducted from my bank as final payment, but the final bill total was only R799 because some items were out of stock. Can't get hold of them and already send 2 mails to the help center.

I have proof of billing and deductions.

Please resolve ASAP because this is the second time this has happened, and still waiting for my other refund from October.

They think people won't look at the final bill VS the actual deductions and that's how they ***** people's money.

I'm not leaving the issue again like previously, where I thought it will never happen again....but yes, it did.
