*****ing funds!

We try to order 3 times on saturday, the transaction sucseeded and the money went off. After speaking to a senior consultant who kept on lying to me in regards to what she said which was a problem in their back office and then denying it when I repeated this. They just they do not have the money I must phone my bank. We did and the bank said they have our funds and we did not even get the goods so they are *****ing funds from people. I asked for a more senior manager to call to log a complaint which he never did. I logged a complaint through website and they do not even have the decency to get back to me. Funds still not reversed from checkers side!!!!!!
