Stay clear of Brackenfel Hypermarket

It is a pity that Hypermarkets are part of the pick 'n pay stores, because it gives them a bad name. This is not the first time that Hypermarkets advertise something on TV and in their booklets but it is just not available. I have been to the Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket Brackenfell store 3 times, my husband went once and between us we phoned 3 times. Every time we get the same message the item is out of stock they are waiting on the item. So last week i phoned (again) and the manager said no problem he will take my name and telephone number and when the item comes in he will phone me (that was on Tuesday). Yesterday i stopped at Hypermarket Brackenfell to buy some food and went and asked if they perhaps received the items yet. "Yes we did, but we just sold the last one know." My perception is that they just lie, the item was never available, there is not even place on the shelves for the item. Well from now on, i will not buy anything there nor refer anyone to them. THey are just pathetic and *****.
