Standing in Checkers for more than an hour

We went to Checkers to buy groceries standing more than an hour to get helped there is 18 tills which of only 3 tills is open so many people in and only 3 cashiers , how long must you wait , alot of people is complaining about this pour service . Spending a half of your Sunday in this place , Unbelievable ..
