STAMPS BOOKS OUT OF STOCK!!!

Every month i buy stamps worth R500 but no stamp books. everytime when i ask for one after buying stamps, i will be told that there are no stock available and it been out of stock for a long time. i dont know if it true or not, there just keeping it for them self and friends. Im starting to beilive that there keeping them for themself and friends because for the past 5 months i have got even one. i have over R2000 stamps but no book. the one that i have is fool. can someone please assist me with this situation.
