Stale old Cake, smashed Order ***6

Order ***6- Dear Checkers, I am very disappointed in the way your deliveries are being handled. This is the 3rd order that's come with something Stale but to top it off the cake was completely destroyed. This is disgusting. The other day it was chocolate Sago that was moldy. How? Why are you using your delivery service to off load old stock. My family and I have been down with Covid and re**** on this service, I ordered baby formula and who ever packed it decided to choose what they thought was okay for my child. Can you please explain as this is not a free servicen
