Stale cakr

I purchase a bar one cake at Checkers the Glen on the 18th of July. It was hard and not fresh it felt like I was eating a biscuit. The sale by date was 21 July but the cake was no fresh at all. It's not the first time I have bought the baked goods and they were not fresh. Please step up Checkers I am very disappointed.
