Staff compliant

Lately I have been shopping at Checkers Wilro Park Roodepoort instead of my Family Pick n' Pay Wilro Park as I have found Checkers has a larger selection of groceries. On Friday the 14th January 2022 time 10;43am I went to lanel 7 where I waited as I was the next customer to go through this lane. There was no Till Closed sign put on the counter to say till 7 was closed. After waiting about 10 minutes the cashiers in a rude manner told me to go to another cashier. I told her that I have been waiting some time to use this till and that I was not going to go wait at another cashiers till as the queues where long. Once the customer finished paying for her goods I waited for teller 7 namely Sinovuyo Gomana to attend to my purchase. Before putting my items on the counter top I asked the cashier to please wipe the counter as it was very dirty from the previous . She looked at me and as if to say why do I have to wipe the counter and then carried speaking to the packer then after a while she started wiping the counter. I greeted the cashier by saying Good morning and she did not greet me back. On this note this is not the first time since going to Checkers Wilro Park that I have found staff and management unfriendly compared to Pick n' Pay where staff and management would ask how are you before you even start shopping. Some items on Checkers shelves are out of stock for weeks and when asking management when it will come in you get told with a not interested attitude dont know. Checkers need to have a superviour standing on the front line by the tills to see the attitude of the staff as this is not the first time this has happened to me. I am a 76 year old lady and I feel respect costs nothing and to be polite as well.
