*********** staff at Checkers Westgate

My mom phoned Checkers Westgate to find out if they have stickable books available, and the guy that she spoke to, checked and said yes. I went there ASAP, and asked at the Customer care kiosk. First the lady just said What? Then she had to ask another lady, who I turn phoned someone else, and eventually told me they were already sold out yesterday! Firstly they didn't know what I was talking about, and then they really didn't have good manners, especially working with customers.
