Spotless floor sponge mop

I have purchased a Spotless sponge floor cleaning mop and have used it twice and it has come apart. My question to you is why are you selling sub standard quality goods manufactured in China. I did not check the small print and feel you should be protecting consumers from being exploited from buying ******* in the first place. It is a lesson.learnt the hard way and a sore loser at that.
