Spoilt steak, Chicken loaf and Cigarettes not packed

Yesterday 14.08.2019, I did my shopping at Checkers Hyper Galleria. Went home to look for my husbands Cigarettes and it was not in the packet , decided to start dinner only to find out the steak purchase was spoilt, had to throw away and buy dinner. So this morning I called to complain about the steak and asked about the cigarettes and Apparently they had it and it was not packed .. and a few minutes ago I decided to eat my lunch, chicken loaf that was also purchased and that was tasting sour. It is so disappointing and such a waste of money and inconvenience shopping there. As I had to purchase dinner last night, lunch today and drive out for Cigarettes last night. The manner seems nice and says she will give me a refund. But doesnt make up for the time and making wasted getting things to replace what I needed, I also purchased a whole chicken to make for dinner tonight. Hopefully that is not rotten.
