Spoilt food

Bought sea harvest frozen fish from Checkers. Brought it home and put it in the freezer. I took the fish out today to cook and at first there didn't seem to be anything wrong with it. But while the fish was cooking there was a horrible smelling coming from the oven. I wasted my electricity and time making the fish the we could not eat. The worst part is that this is not the first time that this happened. The first time I contacted Sea harvest directly on their customer call centre and they informed me that the fish suffered a breech in the freezing process. That the fish was most probably taken out by a customer and the customer walked around with it in their trolley and then placed it on a shelf and then was placed back in the freezer by the staff of the store. Which I can believe because I have seen it happen many times before. This is totally unacceptable and I waste my time buying spoilt food then waste my time and electricity to cook the spoilt food.
