Spoiled and unfresh food

It's been for the second time if not third that I bought fruits from Checkers at Southgate Mall and they turn out to be rotten, I even almost bought marinated chicken which was also spoiled and I had to return it back in the basket after realising that it's not okay. We spend a lot on food but yet we get unhealthy and spoiled food. Just now I just discovered that the peaches I bought are not fresh. I don't think I can ever buy from any checkers for that matter.
