Ordered 8.40. Was a request for one substitute which was accepted. 9.20 Victor arrived at our gate. We were able to track his progress on the app and knew he was around the corner before we heard the bike. Excellent service. App functionality superb. The app requests a tip for the driver but we rather gave in cash. Highly recommended.
