Specials not refelcting when you pay - no response

After a few occasions of picking up anomalies on till slips, this week on Tuesday I sent through the extact example of "3 for R99" offered as a special - charged at R39.99 each. Received acknowledgement of receipt of email and no further communication as yet. Damages trust - the warning to check your till slips are real!
