Special items not available every month.

For the last two months when there is a special for nappies I never get them from the start date of the special until the last day. This month I even went as far as asking the merchandiser why they are not available and I was told that Huggies only delivers the amount that is ordered by the store and the shop manager was not aware that there are no nappies in stock.
