South Africa needs more people like you!

I contacted Customer care in the Cape about two weeks ago. A lovely lady named Lebo took my call. I needed a new filter for my vacuum cleaner and didn't know where to get one. She asked for specific photos which I sent and from then on she kept me updated every two or three days. When I spoke to her this week she said that the buyer was back from leave and would courier me a new filter free of charge to Randburg. The parcel arrived today, no costs. I have my new filter. To Lebo and the Buyer I can only say a big THANK YOU!
