Sour milk and rotten meat

<p>Ill do my best to make the story as short as possible. My parents came to visit us in Joburg on the weekend of the 12 of March. On the sunday we went to Checkers in Sandton City mall and bought some groceries among which about 15 pork ribeye steaks 2 pork ribs and 2 longlife 1.5 liter mill cartons. </p> <p> </p> <p>Decided to have a ribeye steak that evening and apon opening the first 4 vacume packed bags the most horrible smell from that rotten pork meat filled the air. We defrosted 4 more and the same thing happend, rotten again. At the end of the evening we had literally opend all of the pork steaks and all of the ribs and they were all rotten.</p> <p> </p> <p>The next morning, getting ready for work, wanted to have some coffee and used one of the milk cartons. This white sour blob of milk fell into my coffee. So I opend the next one and guess what. Same story.</p> <p> </p> <p>So after spending about R1000 there most of our groceries where chucked away. We couldn't even keep it to take it back thats how much it reeked.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phone the manager and the assured me that they would sort it out and just never called me back. Then I phoned again and she said she is still in the process of sorting it out and haven't heard back since.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad experience for me from that chekers so I dont think ill be buying there again. </p>
