Soddy rogue Company

On the 11 November 2022 I placed an order through the Checkers 6060 App. There was a glitch on their app which they were aware of and the money was deducted from my Standard Bank account. I called and emailed them countless times with all the information they requested from me to no avail. My money as yet has not been credited/transferred back into to my account as yet and mind you today is the 2nd December 2022. They have no remorse and no respect for their customers. I am at my wits end.
