So angry and disappear

I took two different books for my niece, one was R80 and the other R20 something. When we got to the till the prices were different. The manager was called and I showed him where I took the two books. He told me that those are not the prices, anyone can see that as if I priced the items. So must I guess that two different books have an error in pricing. That man spoke to me like a slave as if I did something wrong for buying books and he didn't even apologize for the error from the store. What kind of manager is this. He cleared the items without even asking if we want them or not. Rudest manger ever!!!
