Small things matters

Sometimes the small things matters. I went to Checkers Monument in Krugersdorp this morning and walked past a packer in the isle. I have something so send with the courier and asked for 1 box, size of a shoe box. She referred me to not the manager of the store but a rather extremely rude & unfriendly lady that point blank refused. What a shame
