Slow and poor service

Since the upgrade of checkers Durbanville, Cape Town, it is no pleasure anymore to shop at the store. Reason is that customers now have to stand in long ques by paypoints and the paypoints are a lot slower than before. Their customer service is also not as good as it was before the upgrade. I want to request the area manager to visit this store and seriously looking into the problem and find a way to solve it and make our shopping experience a lot better. I do understand a busy store, but slow or poor service is unacceptable.
