Sloppy and arrogant customer service

Shopping at Checkers in Blue Bird was a breath taking experience about 18 months ago. The staff was courteous and helpful but my experience this afternoon left me angry and very disappointed. I asked one lady behind a counter to purchase an item and she said go to money market. I went to stand at the money market counter and there was one gentleman who was working at the lotto counter. I waited for over twenty minutes even when he had no customers at the lotto counter he did not look at my direction. After 20 minutes another lady came strolling in and I complained to her that I have been waiting for over twenty minutes to be served and she told me that she was on lunch. The gentleman behind the lotto counter finally came to say something but by that time I felt like not shopping there any more. This is not the first time that I notice this sloppy customer service. I experienced it in December2021 too .I find that most workers in uniform enjoy sending customers from pillar to post. What happened to that service excellence at this place??
